Octopush, also known as Under Water Hockey is an exciting sport. Two teams of six wearing snorkelling equipment play at the bottom of a pool, trying to score goals against each other by pushing and flicking the puck to the opposition’s goal. We play twice a week and our members are a mix of abilities so whether you’re a brilliant snorkeler or never even heard of the sport come and give it a try, you’ll get fit and have lots of fun. We’re a sociable club getting together to have a laugh out of the pool too.
All abilities are welcome to come and try the sport, Just bring what you’d normally take swimming, if you have snorkelling kit bring that too, but we do have club kit for freshers to borrow.

Previous Club Successes
In recent years we have done well at Student Nationals, with team 2008 coming 3rd. We also had students this year that played for us as well as the local octopush team Southsea, and were part of the winning team at the Nationals.
