As the campaign machine slowly gears up for the elections battle next week, I've been making t-shirts in a Blue Peter-stylee - this weekend's been a haze of masking tape, thumb tacks, lots of paper, and "ones I made earlier"...

It started Friday night with a print-out of my campaign t-shirt design and a scalpel. After ten minutes, I'd cut out ONE WHOLE LETTER - WOO!

One hour in - 8 letters done, and I hadn't made a total mess of it:

Hmm, spare letters... I wonder what I can do with these...

Starting the logo: 1 1/2 hours in:

Essential Friday-night listening (after Pete Tong, of course) - Judge Jules on Radio 1's Listen Again (if only Pure:FM could afford a license for this!):

And I made a present for Steve:

Sunday

I stole some pond netting from the 'rents' back garden, and a bit of wood batten from the staircase, and made a frame to hold the stencil:

... then grabbed some spray paint I had from the last time I had to bodge my car back together, to make this:

Mmmm. Orangey :o) Shame about the weather... Oh, and yes, we need to put our bin bags out:
