Wow. Its been too long since I wrote in here - way too long. A lot has happened since - question is are you interested to know? Well if you are, then read on. If not - then at least read part of it - it might be relevant.

First off, decided to expand my coding to include a Lottery and Scratchcard program (for a beta game using ingame money - sorry all others, no real money.....). If you are intersted then its located at www.shields-down.co.uk/Lottery

Otherwise discovered Podcasts - mainly the coke music The Sessions - free new music (as if my external hard drive full is not enough..). Also discovered SpaceMusic - something for when I get stressed (Travel, work, code, life, food....) find it very relaxing. I would recommend at least listening to one for a small while if you don't do anything else - you never know - might be your cooler. Hey - Maybe Pure:FM will take the idea up? And the Union to do broadcasts of news, events, maybe some light music?  Competitions? (well anything is possible)

Started an Industry Placement - and this leads me onto something else: I am going to create 2 types of posts. One about my everyday junk, and one about my placement. the placement will be to help anyone out there thinking of taking one - or even have an option to. It will describe how I obtained it (soon), What the interviews were like, Getting thejob, starting, current activities, responcibilities, all the works. Anyone thinking of thaking one might want to concider reading it- you never know, it might change your mind for doing it or wanting to leave uni as soon as possible to get away from this blog.... (prehaps AlexH can help me organise this, or should I shove it all into this?)
