How to complain about the Union
While we make every effort to ensure what we do as a Union is of the highest standard, we know that there will be times when you may not be happy about an aspect of our service to you.
Website
- To complain about something you have read on the website, please use our website complaints page.
Publications
- To complain about, or correct a mistake in a printed publication, please contact the Membership Services manager.
Trading
- To complain about bars, entertainments (except balls), catering or another trading-related activities, please contact the UPEL Trading Operations Executive, Janet Hillier.
Academic complaints
- If you have a complaint about your course or a related academic problem, please contact the Education & Representation Officer.
Everything else
- To complain about anything else at the Union, including Freshers', Christmas or Graduation Balls, please contact the Chief Executive of UPSU, Rena Ellis.
