Important election dates

There are a number of key dates in the elections process, including:
- Jan 16th: notification of elections
- Jan 30th: nominations open
- Feb 20th: nominations close
- Feb 23rd: candidates meeting
- Feb 27th: publicity to be distributed
- Feb 27th - Mar 3rd: question time/hustings
- Mar 6th - 10th: campaign week
- Mar 8th - 10th: voting
- Mar 10th: counting
