Raising and giving (RAG) combines raising money with raising awareness for the Union's chosen charities, which are Macmillan nurses and Rowan's Hospice.
The RAG Ramble - the first Raising And Giving event of the year - is taking place this Thursday (8th November), starting at the Union at 2pm and finishing at Palmerston Road fireworks about 8pm. We'll be doing a bit of a tour around the sights of Portsmouth with a few rest and refreshment stops along the way :) It's £5 to enter, and all money raised goes to charity! Everyone will be given team t-shirts, food... And a bit more free stuff! Do it as a team, three-legged, or fancy dress - whatever you'd like!
