A number of optional services can be provided when booking a venue. The list below is not exhaustive, so please enquire when booking:

Catering

We can provide a catered service of freshly-prepared snacks and meals. Please enquire for more information. 

Bar provision

A bar service is available, providing either a full service, or just soft drinks.

Stage

We can erect a stage to suit your requirements in our venues.

Seating and tables

We can provide chairs and tables in a number of common configurations, or we can customise the layout to suit your needs. Common configurations include pub seating, theatre-style, horseshoe-style, café style, and boardroom.

Additional equipment

We can provide a PA (loudspeaker system), CD players, microphones, laptop, or projector on request in most venues.

Disabled access

Please note that all our venues allow for access to wheelchair users. If you have any specific requirements, please inform us in advance.
