I'm moving out of my current house in June, to live with my boyfriend. And my housemates are pretty keen to stay here, so Im on a desperate search for someone to take over my room next year. All Students will be in their third year (fingers crossed lol) Two Girls and a guy studying accounting & finance, and english media.

The room is large 2.5m x 3 appox. With double bed, table/desk, small book shelf, wardrobe and two chest of drawers.

Rent is 250 a month, with £300 deposit. Starting July 2007

Please reply ASAP as contracts need to be sorted.

Hayley

Hi Hayley,

Thanks for the info, but the house is a little further north than i was looking for. Thanks anyway, and good luck with finding a new housemate.
