Hi there
HOUSEMATES NEEDED!
We have found an amazing house in grosvenor street with a brand new bathroom and kitchen It is about a 10 minute walk to uni and a 5 minute walk to the library - brilliant location and a really lovely house.
3 of us (2 females and 1 male) have put a deposit down on the house at the moment and are looking for 1 or 2 more people to share with. It is a 12 month contract but July and August are half rent.
Rent is either £210 (for the smaller room) or £250 (for the bigger room) depending on which room you want
Please get back to me ASAP if you are interested or know anybody interested

Hi there. I am replying on behalf of my boyfriend as he's not signed up to upsu but he does go to uni. He is interested in the smaller room- would it be possible to have a look around and meet you?

Thanks for your reply on upsu, glad to hear you're interested!
That sounds great, There isn't anybody living in the house at the moment so the landlord is coming to show one of our other housemates round on monday-you can go and have a look at it then if you want? I won't be able to come and meet your bf on Monday unfortunately though as I am on a placement in London, I would be happy to meet him one weekend soon though. Sorry the rooms have gone now I'm afraid, we had someone look round today and sign the contract immediately.
