Currently we are 4 guys living in a clean and tidy house in Telephone Road, the landlord is doing a full re-decorate throughout the house, new paint, new floors everything. Fantastic patio garden for summer parties. The room on offer is first floor single room (enough room to easily fit a double bed), desk, chair, wardrobe and draws.
We are looking for a fun, outgoing male or female to join us next year, as one of our house mates is probably sadly leaving us for a placement. 
We deal directly through the landlord, none of this tulleys sh*t, who also owns 2 other student houses and has done for a long time.
Rent is £64 a week plus bills, which is pretty good, we have fully fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with plush leather sofa's, washing machine and tumble drier (you wouldn't believe the amount of houses that don't own them), loads of fridge and freezer space. Bills we try and keep to a minimum as none of us really have that much money. I personally am doing a Digital Media Course (2nd Year) and my 2 other house mates are doing Environmental Science (Yr 2) and Computer Science (Yr 2).
