Does anyone know if theres any system set up for people graduating who wanna stay on for a bit in pompey. Eg. student housing over the summer and monthly lets rather than long term contracts since i havent decided what my plans are yet.

There are lodgings lists that you could have a look at, that is where the land lord lives in the property, Also some landlords let their houses out for the summer period only so be worth going into housing and having a look on the lists. You may have to wait until nearer the end of term for the landlords to advertise, go and have a chat with housing and see what they say.

Cheeky ;o)

Most tenancy agreements won't allow you to sub-let any part of your property though.

Most of tullys contracts are 11 months not 10. And I don't think they offer reduced rates in the summer as they 'clean' the house in that period.
Other estate agents may do though.
Even if I am wrong and Tullys will do it. AVOID them. Really not worth it.
