Hi,
We have found a great house on Hudson Road which is being completely renovated and we need one extra housemate to make up the 5 needed for next year (08/09). We are 4 friendly guys going into our second year. The rent is around £65 per week and the house will have a new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, decorated, etc. The house is in a great location, very close to Elm Grove and the university. Please let me know if you'd like any further info.
