I have 4 rooms to rent in a 5 bedroom townhouse that is literally opposite Gunwharf.
Rent is £265 a calendar month excluding bills.
The rooms are well decorated, with some having double beds. Bedrooms are light and two have views of the Spinnaker Tower.
House has all the usual facilities, with also two leather sofas and broadband internet.
It's less than 5 minutes walk to the Burnaby Road uni buildings and less than that to Jongleurs and Tiger Tiger!
