Mark and Holly are looking for one more person to share a three bedroom house on Percy Road in Fratton! This is for next academic year: September 2008 until June 2009.
Rates are: £280 a month base rent, non inclusive, bills should come to no more than £15/20 per person each month.
Well furnished with a good size kitchen, living room, bathroom (with a bath!!!!!!) and not far from Fratton shopping centre to the north and Albert Road shopping to the south (ten minute walk either way).
