Hello!
We are two friendly Photography Students  , that have now (thankfully) finished our first year! We have a four bed house, and would like to fill the two remaining rooms with some friendly chaps (male or female)! We just want a happy, tidy, homely environment. Rooms are personal, so the state of the rented room is the occupants personal choice (although obviously tidy is preferable), but communal areas should be respected. (I like to be clean)!
Both rooms are double bedrooms, both the same size, with double beds and furniture included. The location is good, in Southsea, it is a 20 minute walk to the Eldon Building (opposite the law courts, next to trafalgar). Asda is a little 10 minute walk which is handy. If there is anything else you wish to know please get in touch!
