hey, we're 4 girls lookin for an extra housemate to live with us in the 08/09 academic year. The tenancy runs from September to June and its £280 p.month, including water bills. The house is located at Terrance Gardens down St Ronans rd which is just off Albert Rd by the Tesco. Its a good size room in a really modern house with private residential parking behind and 2bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet. its so good!
