The room is a Double Bedroom and includes the following:

The house itself is a 6 bedroom house full of girls joining on to a 5 bedroom house full of boys (all of whom are v.friendly and know well!) There are two bathrooms, both with showers (one with a bath as well), a lounge, and a well furnished kitchen. There is a yard outback that is shared with the adjoining house and is ideal for BBQ's in the summer
I'm a non smoker, relatively tidy and generally very sociable guy who gets along with pretty much anyone! I'm in my first year (going into my second). I go out when I can, I do like clubbing but I also enjoy staying in sometimes.

I'm Nina, currently a 2nd year student going into my 3rd! I already live in a 5 bed house with 4 other girls on Somers road (so am used to the 'interesting' locals!), but unfortunately we are all having to move out and are having difficulty finding another place! We have therefore decided to branch off, and find other places. I'm a very outgoing girl who loves making new friends, I find it easy to get along with people and consider myself to be pretty laid back - noise etc, doesnt really bother me!
