Hello everybody
I have two rooms to rent in elphinstine road its about 10-15 minutes walk from the library, it is very close from shops so no trouble for that. There is one large room with a double bed and one smaller room with a single bed. The kitchen and the batroom are shared in between the students (max 3). There is broadband wireless internet througout the house. All the bills (ie gas electricity water and internet) are included in the rent. The rent is 70-75 pounds per week depending on wich room.
