The house is just on Walmer rd, just around the corner from Fratton station, opposite the end of Cornwall Rd

All rooms come with Double bed, Desk Wardrobe, Draws etc
The house had a huge remodelling session last year with an extension getting it a new bathroom, living room and kitchen so it's not even one year old! its all furnished and already has sky + with big TV and every room is hardwired for the Internet. Rent is £303 excl bills, parking is never a problem.
With the house so far, there are 2 males and 2 females, 3 are finishing there first year and one is finishing there second and are all members of different sporting societies.
It starts on 1st July 2008 and is half rent over the summer
