Mark and Holly are looking for one more housemate to share a property on Percy Road, Southsea! This begins at the start of next adacemic year (september 08) and runs through to june 09.
Rent is £283 per month, not including bills (total should be around £310, so still cheaper than halls by a mile!)
Located very close to fratton shopping centre, asda and ten minutes walk from albert road. Close to a main road for uni buses etc, no more than twenty minutes' walk to Eldon building / guildhall halls. Property is a three bedroom terraced house located on Percy Road, close to a co-op and a pub, handily enough! 
Viewings are arrangable if we can get 24 hours notice - however we may not be able to meet after this next saturday due to the end of the year. If this happens, we can get in contact via the internet and arrange viewings etc.
