Mark and Holly are looking for a final housemate for a 3 bedroom property in Percy Road for next year!
The property has a downstairs lounge, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, and two upstairs double bedrooms (We are looking for someone to fill the downstairs bedroom). All rooms are of a good size, and there is a small garden which can be accessed from the kitchen.
The property is located five minutes from Fratton station, ten minutes from Albert Road (and the Wedgewood Rooms) and a twenty minute walk from the nearest uni building (Eldon).
Rent is £850 a month between three people, so around £280 a month not including bills (max £50 a month) so it's cheaper than halls by a fair few bob!
