I need to get rid of a perfectly good single bed and matress! - the matress is delightful, the only downside is that it's a single!
You'll need to come a pick it up. From Devonshire Avenue.
I don't mind if you want to buy it out-right, or you want to lease it from me for the year (meaning that i'll accept it back from you in June - if it's still in a similar good condition.
