Last night we went to watch the rugby in the Union and was told that it would be £2 each entry. Me and my friends couldn't believe we had to pay just to watch the rugby (we had no intention of going to the Beach party)
Because of the charge, we went elsewhere where it was FREE to watch. After the rugby we decided to carry on drinking and probably spent about £60 between the four of us.
I hope the union can see that this is ridiculous to expect us to pay and they lost a fair bit of cash because of this.

if you had got in at around 6-7 you would have got in for free :-p x |

Yeah we got there about 6:45, and were told we had to pay. |

Yeah, I didn't bother going to the Union last weekend having had to pay to get in the week before (getting in at about 7), went to the reg instead and will be going there again this weekend! |

Where did you end up going? To be honest the £2 entry to get £1.90 snakebites probably would of worked out cheaper for you (rather going to Walkabout etc and paying Saturday night prices....) |
