Hi,
I am a first year student looking for somewhere to rent over the summer months but i havent been able to find a landlord that will rent out just a room.
If you have a room going over the summer months then let me know.
I also have the details of a landlord who told me that as long as i get at least two other people then we can have a four bedroom house.
Dont mind either girls or guys, let me know asap.

ive been in contact with another landlord who has a 7 bed in waverley road and it seems much nicer than the other one, he said that it would rent rooms on an individual bases, but it would be nice to have people in there that i have meet before hand.
the other house is in delamere road and its a four bed which 3 people could rent as a group.
