Calday Lodge, Netley Place (near Osbourne Road)
We are looking for an additional housemate for August 2008 to live with us in a beautiful house located close to the seafront and the shopping district of Palmstone Rd. You would need to provide your own bedroom furniture, although we can on request supply a single bed and basic funishings. The House comprises of a modern luxury fitted kitchen, a large luxury bathroom, a dinning room, a spacious lounge, shared study, a seperate shower room, 4 double bedrooms, a roof terrace and a double garage. 3 housemates (2 girls & 1 boy) all studying at portsmouth uni and ideally looking for fellow student. Must like cats, as we have a cute kitten. We would perfere a non smoker and an individual that wants to be part of the household. We will have installed Virgin Media Tv, Wireless Broadband Internet and phone. The bills for the house will be divided equally between the sharers.
