Hello,
The advice forums are provided for you to ask for help from one of the Union's advisers, who will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible (usually within a day).
When you submit a post in these forums, they are placed in a holding queue until a moderator reviews them. If the content of your post isn't acceptable for any reason, your post won't be approved. If this happens, we will always try to contact you by e-mail to explain why your post was failed.
If your enquiry is urgent, please call the Student Resource Centre (see the contacts directory in the A-Z index for the telephone number) or drop into The Union between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
