rowingclubcrest.gifThe University of Portsmouth Rowing Club (UPRC) is one of largest clubs at the University. The water-based club, which is based at Southsea Rowing Club, has seen some excellent athlete's progress after joining the club as inexperienced novices.

With a superb committee, UPRC remains a leading club at the University and this year promises to be one of the best with some impressive and electrifying themes and activities planned.

After many successful years, students rowing for the UPRC this season, 2005-2006, have the opportunity to enter the BUSA league of Rowing. This will definitely provide members with an exceptional and exhilarating experience, which will see the club challenging the best University Rowing Teams in the Country.

The cost of joining is just £15, which is great value and lasts an entire academic year. This gives members FULL ACCESS during training to Free-weights, Ergos & other exercise equipment, qualified coaching and support, AND ROWING OPPORTUNITIES ON THE SEA!
