EED Committee / Disabled Students' Rep
The Disabled Students' Officer's role is to listen and act on the concerns of disabled students, representing these to the Union, the University, and national bodies, campaigning on issues such as any existing discrimination or exclusion.
The Disabled Students' Officer will work closely with all Sabbatical officers, including the Sports Officer in order to promote equal opportunities in sport. Another role of the Disabled Students' Officer will be to help the Union make sure there is equal access to education.
