Committees at the Union / Media Exec / Committee roles
Activities
Media Exec committee members are tasked with ensuring their areas of responsibility, for example societies, clubs, magazine, radio, etc, are represented and are able to pass on any questions, requirements, and so on to the Media Exec committee.
Committee members should liaise with key committee members from their areas of responsibility to find out any problems which may need reporting on.
Reports
Each committee member is asked to draft a short progress report of their activities before each meeting, and send this to the Media Officer no less than 3 days before the next Media Exec meeting.
