Motions of Censure
A motion of censure is a public reprimand for action or inaction by a member that proves to be detrimental to the pursuit of Union policies or objectives.
For approval it requires a two third majority.
If a trustee is censured on three occasions in their year of office then an EGM is called and a motion of "no confidence in the trustee is sought.
