Motion of No Confidence
If the action or inaction of a Trustee is construed as gross misconduct then the Trustees may consider a motion of "no confidence".
This requires a two thirds majority of those present - if successful, an EGM is called.
If the motion of "no confidence" is approved by a two thirds majority of those present and voting in a quorate general meeting then the Trustee shall resign with immediate effect.
