Quorum and Voting
Quorum
To have any business passed at an annual general meeting you require 150 full members to be in attendance.
If it's an extraordinary general meeting then you will require 200 full members to be attending.
Voting
- Voting at all meetings is on a simple majority vote.
- The chair has the casting vote.
- No issues raised in any other business can be voted upon.
