Create a new Society

The beauty of the Students’ Union’s societies is that any student can set up a new society for just about anything they want; they just have to follow a few simple steps. You will need to find twenty like-minded people to express support and the Student Activities and Development Officer will talk you through the pack once you have it.

If you've had a look around the list of clubs or societies we're currently offering and you reckon you've got an interest, sport, hobby or past-time - call it what you like! - that we don't already cater for, why not start your own? We'll give you all the support you need to get you new society off the ground and you'll get some great experience along the way; all you need to do is turn up (and, of course, help recruit some new members).
