me and my 3 girl friends need another housemate for our house! we are all going into r second year doing fashion, architecture, english and journalism and media studies!
we are all fun and friendly people who love going out drinking and staying in with takeaway and dvds or trashy tv lol!!

Dont know if you have already found a place but i am just going into my 2nd year doing english lit and looking for a housemate to share with myself and 3 other girls. The house is on darlington rd, just off albert road and the room will fit a double bed. Tenancy starts from beginning of august.

Hi
If you are still looking I have a 4 bedroom house in Lawson Road off Fawcett Road which is a 10-15 minute walk from uni. The house at the moment includes just me.
The rent is 258 pcm and bills aren't too bad. The bedrooms are one large bedroom 2 medim sized rooms (one upstairs one downstairs) and a small upstairs bedroom.

hey hannah,
i'm alex and have just finished my second year doing property development. i live in a property on lawrence road.. it's a newly redeveloped high spec Victorian property with rent package to include water, this property is close to both University and the city centre ideal for student life. Just off Albert road, in Southsea. 17 Lawrence rd.
The rooms are large double rooms and are fully furnished with double beds. Upstairs bathroom and separate toilet, downstairs wet room, with shower fitted in the ceiling.
A large sitting room downstairs with sky TV, two sofas and table. Broadband cat5 cabling throughout the property. The kitchen has just been re-fitted with a new one, ceramic hobs, washer and dryer and dishwasher.
i'm looking for two house mates, two double rooms available at £80per week each.
