On November 30th 2007 the USPU launched a campaign to call for the creation of an after hours prayer room so that Muslim students can fulfill their religious obligations when studying after 5PM.
Attached is a report written by UPSU sabbatical officers, the Islamic society and the black students commitee.
The report details the progress of this issue to date and outlines the stance of UPSU. For more info or if you have any questions contact Ben Norman (SADO) Ben.norman@port.ac.uk Ben Norman Student Activities and Development Officer Portsmouth Student's Union 02392 843659
