Pure FM - the Union's student radio station - is going to be holding a 24 hour broadcast event on the 21st February, with more than 30 presenters playing the best tuneage to raise money for RAG.

Starting at 12pm on February 21st, and running until midday on the 22nd, Pure FM will be playing non-stop. Normally, the station has to go off-air overnight, so this is going to be a very special occasion.

You'll also be able to keep up with the action live by listening online at www.purefm.com, and see what's happening in the studio - including games of Giant Jenga and Twister - on the Pure FM webcam.

To raise money for RAG 2008, Pure FM will be auctioning loads of goodies on eBay, with all proceeds going to charity. If you've got something random and interesting you'd like to donate, get in touch with the station here!

Throughout the 24 hour period, a leader board will list which shows have made the most money and which auctions haven't yet sold. Everyone is welcome to bid on items (but please remember you'll also have to pay for them!!).

If you would like to take part and are a Pure FM member, please contact Sarah Dray on scheduling@purefm.com.
