In the room there is a double bed, a desk, a set of drawers, and a drawer. The kitchen has been done up during the summer so really looks great. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, hotplates, and a microwave/oven. There are two toilets and a bathroom whith shower and bath. The rent is 75 pounds per week with all the bills included and wireless internet aswell. The house is close to Palmerston road Shopping center, three minutes away from the common and ten minutes away from the Union.

It has a washing machine, a small back garden, microwave, toaster, gas cooker etc... It has a lovely warming lounge and a brand new modern kitchen.
The room I am advertising is downstairs and is very cosy, its not huge but great for studing and nice big floor space. Rent is £50-£55 per week INCLUDING BILLS( electricity water and gas. Per month, is around £250 each!
