The rent is around £65 per week and the house will have a new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, decorated, etc. The house is in a great location, very close to Elm Grove and the university. I'm urgently looking for accommodation for next year and I'm definitely interested in the house, especially if it's being renovated. I'll also be going into my second year, I'm quite friendly and sociable, always easygoing...
