Dont know if you have already found a place but i am just going into my 2nd year doing english lit and looking for a housemate to share with myself and 3 other girls. The house is on darlington rd, just off albert road and the room will fit a double bed. Tenancy starts from beginning of august.

Our fourth housemate has unfortunately dropped out of our house, so in order to keep the house we have one double room available. The house is in Cottage Grove in Southsea, around 10 minutes walk from uni and the union etc. It is a 3 level flat, all with large spacious rooms and open plan kitchen area, double beds and plenty of storage. Rent is £284 a month and we have been told by the previous residents that the house is not expense to run.
So if anyone is interested, then just get in contact with us asap. We will be happy to hear from you! x

The house is fully furnished with one bathroom, the kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators and an icebox, a washing machine and an oven.

The room is available beginning of august and the rent is 270£ PCM.
