Ticket Information

We are sorry, but all tickets for the Graduation Ball have now sold.

Everyone who returned the form from their Graduation Pack have been allocated tickets.

Collecting your tickets

You can collect your tickets from the finance office at the Union between 10am and 2pm week days.

Tickets reserve list

In the unlikey event that a ticket is canceled or returned it will be made available to those who want a ticket on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would like to be added to this list, please send us your name, address and contact telephone number to to: tracey.anderson@port.ac.uk.

Tickets will be allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis, and tickets may become available at very late notice. We are sorry, but adding your details to this list does not guarantee that you will get a ticket to the Graduation Ball.

Lost tickets

If you have lost your ball ticket, you will still be able to attend the ball.

However, you will need to purchase a new ticket on the door for £30 (refundable - see below), and you must provide your University of Portsmouth student ID (your "HEMIS" card) to confirm your student number.

Refunds: we will be happy to refund the additional ticket cost incurred when buying your replacement. Please come to the Union 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday as soon as possible after the Ball.

Please note: should your lost ticket be used at the Graduation Ball we may refuse to issue a refund for the cost of replacement tickets.
