Tickets and reserve list

We are very sorry, but tickets for this year's Graduation Ball have sold out, with the vast majority sold to graduating students through the University's Graduation Pack, which you should have received during the Easter holidays.We are operating a reserve list for students who received their Graduation Packs, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee your presence on the reserve list will get you a ticket.

Safety, dress code and door policy

To ensure your safety, and that of those around you, the Union employs a number of safety assistants and security staff.We ask that, if you experience any problems during the night, or are concerned about the wellbeing of another guest, please speak to a member of staff who will look into the matter for you.

We also ask that you remember to drink responsibly, and please look out for your mates. If you feel unwell, or see anyone in need of assistance, again please let one of our staff know - we won't just throw you out if you're simply not well, so don't be afraid to speak to us! The Union operates a relaxed dress code for its Balls; while we don't insist you wear black tie for our events, we do ask that you partake in the spirit of the event by coming in your best outfit. Naturally, religious and traditional dress is welcome, and we rarely if ever turn anyone away from the door because of what they're wearing!Remember: if you are (or appear to be) drunk, we cannot let you in.
