AOL e-mail problem with UPSU.net accounts
Last updated: Mon 10th Sep 2007 at 18:10
The Union has discovered a problem preventing them from sending e-mails to AOL e-mail account holders.
The problem is being investigated and should be resolved within 48 hours. In the meantime, the Union is asking all members with AOL e-mail addresses - all e-mail addresses ending in "@aol.com" - to refrain from upgrading their NUS accounts until the problem is resolved.
If you have an AOL account and have not received a confirmation e-mail, or other e-mail communication from the Students' Union, please contact the Union via. this page, explaining what e-mail you are waiting for.
The Union apologises for any inconvenience caused, and is working with AOL USA to rectify this problem.
