The Union announces important information on how to book your tickets to the 2008 Graduation Ball:

"Coursework complete, exams finished - the long haul is over. What better way to mark this momentous occasion than celebrating in style at the Graduation Ball?

The Graduation Ball marks the end of your University life and the Union is dedicated to bringing you an event not to be forgotten.

It is your chance to get dressed up and celebrate in style with everyone you have met over the last three years, and a portrait photographer will be on hand to provide a lasting memory of your time at Portsmouth.

The event will have a variety of special attractions, music and live acts to ensure a diverse and fun night beginning early evening in an impeccably presented venue. Food and drinks will be available the whole night long, ensuring you have the energy to burn the midnight oil.

The party continues into the small hours, and as the night winds down you will have the opportunity to greet the next day in style with a champagne breakfast - the perfect time to chat with good friends and take stock of your University experiences.

Your Union promises to make this a night to remember and hopes you will come back and visit us. There are a limited number of tickets available and early booking is advised.

Reservation of tickets is limited to 2 per graduate. This event has sold out via this mailing for the past 2 years. You must reply by the deadline.

This mailing is only open to graduates and every graduate that has responded by the deadline via this pack in the past has been able to reserve a ticket to the ball but we need to stress that this event does have a limited capacity and you should reply early to guarantee your attendance as we will be allocating tickets on a first come first serve basis.

Tickets can only be collected from the Students’ Union reception, from Wednesday 7th May. Dress code is strictly black tie. Tickets are non-refundable.
