Confirmation e-mail help
No confirmation e-mail?
If you have not received your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of registering, please check the following:
- Is your e-mail inbox full?
You need around 7Kb of free space to receive the confirmation e-mail.
To check whether your inbox is full, please see your e-mail provider's help pages. If your inbox was full, please free up some space and wait a further 48 hours for the e-mail to arrive.
- Has the message gone into your "spam" or "junk" e-mail folder?
Some e-mail providers will identify our e-mail as unsolicited mail and move it into a separate folder.
If you are unsure whether you have a junk e-mail folder, please see your e-mail provider's help pages.

To have your confirmation e-mail resent, please type your sign-in name below and click "send":
