General trading terms and conditions

Ticket terms:

• Events are open to attendance by UPSU members and their bona fide guests only.  Tickets are non-refundable.
• The student centre operates a random searching policy and searching is a condition of entry.
• The student centre is an over 18s only venue, photographic ID is required to gain entry for all customers.
• Some tickets have an expiration time, this time is highlighted on the tickets and tickets are not valid after that time on the date shown.
• Students facing disciplinary action will not be entitled to refunds.

Entry terms:

• UPSU is a members club, Student centre trading reserve the right to restrict admission to NUS members only.
• Student centre trading reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual.
• Photographic ID is required to gain entry for all customers, irrespective of age.  ID is used to ascertain age and identity.
• Random searching is in operation and is a condition of entry.
• Patrons are required to behave themselves whilst on the premises, failure to do so will result in use of the membership disciplinary system and could reult in exclusion
• Qualification for discounts applied to fancy dress or themed participation events, shall be so determined by the duty manager and their decision shall be final

Text screen

• Use of the Union's text screen is for the purpose of displaying fun pictures and messages.
• The Union will not allow any messages or images of an offensive or insulting nature.
• The Union's duty manager will determine that which is offensive or insulting.
• Breach of the above conditions may result in exclusion from the system and result in disciplinary proceedings.

Special Offers

• Offers are subject to availability.
• The Union reserves the right to withdraw offers without notice.
• Alternatives (including cash) are made available at the sole discretion of the Duty Manager.
• Vouchers or tokens of any kind have no cash value.
