Group creation and access restriction system
About this project
UPSU.net currently has no way of defining custom groups of members. This feature would allow certain groups of people - for example members of UPEL staff - to access a restricted forum to allow them to discuss matters which are of a sensitive nature.
This project's scope would initially be set to cover applying group restrictions to web ("static") pages and forums.

A more complete specification will be created when time allows.

- 20070117: A UPEL supervisor meeting has raised the question of whether forum access can be restricted to a certain group of people. This project is the result.
