Whether you are a group who needs regular meetings with your relevant coordinator or one that has never required a meeting, it is important to know and understand UPSU’s meeting facilities and processes. The groups team works via a system of drop-in sessions and booked appointments. We ask that all simple initial inquiries go through our shared inbox groups@upsu.net if you can’t find the answer you have been looking for on the committee hub. We have a 3-5 working day turnaround for emails but do our very best to answer you as soon as we can. If your query can’t wait then we suggest you utilise our drop-in session as we cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you attempt to drop-in on a pre-booked meetings only or closed day.

– Secretaries (Compulsory), all other compulsory roles (Advised)
– Any other committee member who wishes to learn more

Assessment

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. Once you have read and understood all of the course the ‘Take a quiz’ button will appear at the bottom of the timeline. The answers are marked automatically so that you’ll instantly know whether you passed by checking your profile. If you don’t pass don’t worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge. Once you have passed the course, you can always refer to this information on the committee hub in the meeting with the groups team section.
