The Students’ Union carried out two surveys as well as vox populi interviews with students to answer the main aims within the project.
The main aims were;
Evaluating the satisfaction with the service
Measuring “leave behinds” and gauging the impact on students
Measuring numbers at various stops (with particular focus on the busiest areas)
Measuring numbers of users at different times
