Sport & Rec Stressless Sessions

Let off some steam! UoP Sport & Rec are running extra sessions this term for various activities including archery, netball, futsal and more!

Wellbeing Cafe

Tea, biscuits and activities looking at ways to de-stress!

Come along to the Wellbeing Cafe, free to attend every Wednesday between 25th April to 30th May, 4-5:30pm in Cafe Coco.

Pop up Racket sessions

Every Monday to Friday, from 23 April 2018 until the end of term, Sport and Recreation will be providing pop up racket sessions on Ravelin Park, between 12-2pm.

Take a lunch break and get the blood pumping whilst having fun!

Drop-in Relaxation

Sport & Rec will be running drop-in relaxation sessions at The Library, every Thursday from 22nd March. Each 10-minute session can help you to:

  • Manage stress
  • Build self-awareness
  • Boost your creativity
  • Re-focus your mind

From Thursday 22nd March sessions will run at 2:10pm, 2:30pm and 2:50pm.
