This three week course will teach strategies to help manage difficult emotions and to improve your interpersonal relationships. If you regularly find yourself feeling distressed and unable to understand why or to prevent yourself acting in ways you know to be unhelpful, this practical course could be for you. Participants will learn how to develop skills to improve communication, problem solving and decision making. There will be opportunities to discover what works best for you when managing difficult feelings and to practise and consolidate your new skills in a fun and supportive environment.
